Mikael’s journey is driven by a deep-rooted passion for creating positive change, stemming from his childhood in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Growing up amidst underserved communities, inequality, and a lack of representation, he developed a strong desire to make a tangible difference in the world.

After relocating to the U.S. as a teenager, Mikael attended Job Corps, where he earned his high school diploma, and later enrolled in Santa Monica Community College in Los Angeles, CA. However, driven by his ambition to make an impact in other ways, he chose to leave formal education behind and pursue a career in the entertainment and film industry.

Soon after Mikael’s path took a turn towards nonprofit work, where he became a highly sought-after fundraiser for various humanitarian causes. His efforts primarily focused on human rights and environmental activism, and he had the privilege of collaborating with renowned organizations such as Amnesty International, the Red Cross, Hands for Africa, and Greenpeace.

After two and a half years of hands-on experience in the nonprofit sector, Mikael transitioned to the world of storytelling, pursuing a career in music, television, and film. He contributed to major projects for networks and streaming platforms such as the ID Channel, BET Networks, and Netflix. His collaborations with prominent figures like Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, Chris Brown, and high-profile campaigns for global brands like Samsung and Microsoft further honed his ability to create impactful narratives.

Drawing on his extensive background in production, Mikael pivoted once again, this time into tech consulting, sales, and marketing. His work with industry giants like Intuit and Microsoft continues to shape his strategic approach to problem-solving and innovation.

As the founder of his new nonprofit organization, Mikael is combining his diverse experiences and expertise in a unique way—through the creation of a meme coin that fuses the world of cryptocurrency with grassroots movements. This innovative approach aims to empower communities, drive social change, and use the power of decentralized finance to fuel sustainable development. Mikael is committed to leveraging the growing potential of cryptocurrency to raise awareness and resources for causes that matter most, while fostering a culture of inclusion, representation, and community empowerment.
